Since getting a computer I have found surfing the net to be quite addictive, the intricate detail of some of sites and their web design still amazes me, although one thing that doesn't amaze me is the choice of Internet provider i made. In hindsight i should of clicked on the Internet explorer and looked up for the best deals but instead of surfing the Internet explorer I thought I would save time by just going with my telephone supplier big mistake.

Firstly as soon as they became my Internet provider things went from bad to worse, Surfing the Internet in the early hours of the morning wasn't any fun anymore when it seemed that my service was disrupted several times a week due to their constant up dates. Depending on which Internet explorer I clicked on and how intricate the web design was for that page deemed how slow my computer was. If i clicked on a web site with a web design with a large content and didn't use my Internet providers Internet Explorer icon and chose another then it took forever to load and each page did the same and sometimes even timed out.

The next problem was with payment, I went onto the site of my Internet provider to look to see how to pay monthly, their web design seemed quite straight forward which i thought was good, that was until my payments didn't go out of my bank and my surfing was restricted and i couldn't understand why until i checked my bank statement.

When i contacted my Internet Provider and explained to them that my surfing had been restricted and that I could only use their Internet explorer if i wanted a page to load and 9/10 times not time out, they said this was due to the demographics of where i lived, which i later found out to be a complete lie. Then we got on to payment I it appears that there was some small print on their web site that i had missed and that my bill instead of going out monthly was now going out as a whole bill every 3 months, i said that maybe they should do a new web design where you wouldn't need a microscope to see that. Needless to say i am not that happy with my internet provider and I only wish that we had cable in the area but unfortunately the local government wont allow the roads to be dug up, maybe i should forward my ridiculously high bills on to them and encourage everyone else to do the same, that might change their minds.
