I was staring at this web page design one day and I wished I had the programmer in front of me so I could wring his neck. I couldn't believe he would allow the website to look like this. It was just awful, it looked like the programmer took a sharp knife and just drew the letters directly on the page with it. Even the owner of the internet cafe agreed with me. At first, I thought it was just some kind of glitch but even if I reloaded the page it still looked like that. I had to review the content of the website and make a three-page report about it. I couldn't believe my boss would give me an assignment like this. I talked to the owner of the internet cafe and asked if I could use the server computer in his shop since I thought it was just an error made by the computer. I pulled up a browser using the server computer and it still looked the same. I immediately called my boss and reported my problem. He said he didn't know that the website looked like how I described it and thought I was exaggerating. He tried using his computer and encountered the same problem. He was surprised because he said he personally knew the person who owns the website and he would not have allowed it to look like it. He advised me to wait for his call while he contacted the web site's owner to discuss the problem. After an hour, my boss called and said the website owner would like to thank me for reporting the problem. He said the programmer who built his website did not notice that the page's graphics and lettering looked like that when he was making the website since he concentrated on the headers and the web site's content and did not notice that the fonts looked horrible. He immediately went to work and put up a sign on the website that it was under construction by the web server and should be up again in 24 hours. I sighed, I guess I would have to wait until tomorrow to finish the report. I thanked the owner of the internet cafe for attending to my requests and went home.
