I always found networking an interesting topic. My friends went for web site development, reasoning that it was a more enjoyable experience but I liked networks. The idea of so many computers and thus people being connected together interested me.

Today I can talk to someone from: India, France, America. The world is online. That's the best thing about networking. As time reaches forth, more and more people are finding themselves with an Internet connection. It's like a tidal wave swallowing us up whole.

So I loaded up MSN and talked to my good friend Manuel in France who is a networking analyst. I never really knew what it mean and I didn't ask him. I would rather research that myself. He was the one who got e interested in networking in the first place when he told me about on-line banking.

'On-line banking isn't a phase. It won't just go way If you have a secure connection, a clean system and a good Internet connection then on-line banking is a must. Just think how much time it can save you, how much more convenient it can beHe talked a lot of sense. I liked him. He reminded me of myself in so many ways.

Today he wasn't online, in fact none of my friends were but the good thing is that I was able to leave offline messages - so if there was something I felt like saying or asking and their usually was, I could and it was so simple. It was fray who taught me how to build computers. She was a great girl because she seemed to know everything. She taught me the form factors, so that I was able to build my own computer.

I could have bought pre built but if you shop well it can work out cheaper she said.So today I had nothing to do but surf the Internet, which was ok by me. It was summer holidays, outside the rain was falling and as I lay back in bed with my laptop, I remember thanking God my Internet connection could keep up with my thirst for knowledge
