web developers use their know how to make sure a page has what it needs to work correctly. Everything that is clickablemusthave a link associated with it that sends the user the information that item has advertised for. Sometimes that clickable feature is a picture or a word or an icon. Usually that item is flashing and moving to get the users attention.

Theoff-lineweb page looks pretty much the same as when it’s online, except the links of course don’t go anywhere. If you don’t have that web page saved in the cache folder in your browser, you won’t see anything but a white page with a caption about needing a connection to load page. There are several different ways the browser will let you know; hey I need connection to perform that action and/or let you see that site.

There isn't much that can be done while off-line. A connection is essential to get into your email program as well. You will see the junk email folder and all the other mail folders along with all of the mail that was loaded into your program the times before you did have a connection, but error will pop up shortly after you open your email client or program and different codes will be showing with a large red X saying error.

Junk email is the quickest of my folders to really get out of hand. While off-line, I will go through all of the my junk emails by running searches with phrases or words that I am certain I want to send to trash folder. This I find is the simplest way to run through them all. I have to do it this way; I might get up to 500 or more junk email a day.

While roaming around in the junk email folder, I almost always find something new.Email ads of interesting items for sell and/or a new site for shopping; I might find information I didn't know and am interested in or someone I know would find interesting and forward those to them. I spend a lot of time on the email I find interesting and quickly get rid of those I have already seen or am not interested in.

I always use caution in forwarding junk email to family and friends. I don't do that unless I have already talked to them and they asked me to do so. I would not add to anyone's junk email folder without some kind of dialog first.
